The lovingly furnished apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with bunk bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, and everything you need for your stay. The modern bathroom includes a shower, WC, and hairdryer.
A highlight of this apartment is the large balcony with a wonderful view of our orchard and the surrounding nature of Lana. It’s the perfect place to enjoy relaxing moments in the sun – perhaps with a glass of quality South Tyrolean wine while the children play on the farm or enjoy the fresh country air.

Ausstattung unserer Ferienwohnungen am Linserhof in Lana, Südtirol
Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen angenehmen Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in Südtirol benötigen:
- Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetücher
- Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, elektrischem Herd und Wasserkocher
- SAT-TV und WLAN
- Waschmaschine (gegen Gebühr nutzbar)
Auf Wunsch wechseln wir Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher gerne während Ihres Aufenthalts.
Additional Guests:
- From two guests onwards, a surcharge of €12 per person per day will be charged.
- For children from 3 up to 6 years old, we charge €6 per day.
- Children from 6 to 14 years old pay €10 per day.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that the deposit will be retained in the event of a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the following fees apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: €150 cancellation fee per booked apartment
- 7 to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
If we are able to re-rent the apartment for the cancelled period, the cancellation fee will of course be waived.

South Tyrol Guest Pass Included
The South Tyrol Guest Pass is included in the price and allows free use of all regional trains, buses, and cable cars throughout South Tyrol.
This way, you can conveniently and freely leave your car in our parking lot for the entire duration of your stay.
Local Tax
The local tax in the municipality of Lana is €2.10 per person per day.
Children under 14 years are exempt.
Starter Package on Arrival
Upon arrival, we provide a small starter package with everyday essentials such as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.
If you need anything beyond this, we kindly ask you to provide it yourself.

Our sunny garden offers:

Parking & Bicycles
Ample free parking spaces are available.
Additionally, we provide storage for bicycles and motorcycles.
